“Dreamers” in Your Workplace? Supreme Court Deportation Case in the Making

Suppose you were born in Mexico, and at age 2 your parents brought you to the U.S. unlawfully. You did well in school, graduated from college with a useful degree, and are now employed. Your presence is unlawful; however, an Executive Order by President Obama (Deferred Action) put you—and several millions like you— in a temporary state where you can’t be deported, and allowed you to work legally.
