Scott Walker and Rick Santorum are suggesting that U.S.
immigration policy be changed to lower the number of legal immigrants coming to
America. This would hurt agricultural, Silicon Valley, and service sector, among others. Plus, universities. The candidates aim to boost
job openings for Americans. Sounds like a plan to off-shore more technology
jobs and increase illegal immigration for farm workers. Where is this coming
from? The U.S. now admits about 1 million new immigrants per year. Census
Bureau says U.S. has 43.3 million foreign-born residents. Roughly 2 in 5
Americans think those levels are too high, according to polling by Gallup. The
