The end of each semester brings news of student
suicides, and also murder of professors.
Yesterday, Prof. Bosco Tjan, a professor at the University
of Southern California, was fatally stabbed on campus. Prof. Tjan was an expert
in the adaptations people make when suffering central vision loss. Police have
identified his assailant as a student.
